Jobs used to be 'safe'. That was before Jack Welch, 9/11, the IT revolution, and AI. Now, companies are ready to lay off at the first hint of red in the books. And no, being a star or the best does not secure your job. Your job is NOT secure. End of discussion.
Earlier, it was just food, clothing, education, and shelter. Now, the basic requirements include food, clothing, education, shelter, electricity, internet, phone, health, and entertainment. Almost every household has health expenses. Eating out has become a weekly affair, or even daily, compared to the monthly event of the previous generations. And yes, how can we forget that part which should not be there but is always there - EMI's?
We live in an age of consumerism. We are being seduced by the biggest brands in the world. Everyday. Everywhere. Ordering another luxury item is just a click away. Our spending habits are spiralling out of control. We are addicted to lives we may not afford. But we have to - it has become the norm.
We live in an age of extortion. Think children's education, higher studies. Think health. We are being forced to pay massive sums of money because we do not want to compromise on the quality of important things for ourselves and our loved ones. Want the best school for your child? The best hospital for an ailing family member? Get the credit cards ready.
So the credit cards with their enormous interest rates occupy a place of pride in our wallets. The average family has a husband, a wife, a child, a car loan, and a home loan. We are more debt-ridden than business owners.
The bottom line: Salary is not enough. Not just that, it is not safe. Also, because of increasing competition in business, jobs have become utter slavery.
The solution to this is simple and powerful - start a business along with the job. In today's technology and AI-enabled world, it is actually quite simple. But most individuals can't even think of this because they are programmed for jobs and only jobs.
Our endeavour is to break students out of this self-destructive thinking and introduce them to our kinesthetic learning system, where they learn and execute the learning in the field. This helps them to start earning as well. We also guide the students who want to get into full-time business ventures by complete handholding. Our objective is to promote business as a serious and highly rewarding career option, both full-time and along with a job.

WEALTH CREATOR
One job is NOT safe in the 21st century. We say this again and again.
The employee has to have at least one other source of income for the stability which jobs can no longer be trusted.
We focus on building simple business skills which enable people to create and maintain side businesses that add some much required cash, especially during a crisis.
WEALTH LAB
Most new businesses actually fail. This is because the business owner walks alone.
Business is not easy - especially now. Competition, technology, globalisation, there are too many reasons making a business complicated.
A simple solution - the right guidance. We provide complete handholding from idea to revenue. In a carefully curated program that runs parallel to the college curriculum, we provide the much-needed education so that our students achieve sustained success in their business ventures.
Everyone craves money. Everyone. But most are always short of cash.
This is because people do not understand how money works. That is why they are not able to understand how money is earned.
We organize short projects that students can participate in and get a first-hand feel of earning and managing money, as partners in the projects.
